Step 1: Select the correct Opportunity
This page pulls live opportunities from the pipeline stage. Please select the correct one before submitting the offer form.
  1. Search the dropdown and choose the correct Opportunity (match the buyer / address).
  2. Click Continue to open the Buyer Submit Offer Form.
  3. On the next page, the form will be pre-filled with the selected Opportunity ID.
  4. Complete the form as normal and click Submit.
Important: If you don’t see the right opportunity, do not guess. Refresh the page once. If it’s still missing, notify Jose so the opportunity can be created or moved into the correct stage.
Tip: If you’re unsure which record to choose, pick the one that matches the buyer name and property address.
